Due to hygiene considerations, all wearing products are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable for change of mind, please see the size chart to confirm the sizing before purchase.

Personalised items are made to order, are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Please Double check for personalised details before Checkout.

Other products can be return / exchange within 14 days of item received, item to be return as Unused and in its Original Package.

If a quality-related issue is identified within 7 days of receiving your item, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification. Please contact us with clear proof of the issue (such as photos or videos) within the stated timeframe.
